2. Use of Service

CarSelection provides an online platform for buying and selling cars. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating listings
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Listings and Transactions

• Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing of vehicles
• Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers should verify vehicle information before purchase
• Inspection: We recommend professional inspection services for all transactions
• Payment: All transactions are between buyers and sellers; CarSelection is not responsible for payment disputes

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CarSelection and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CarSelection makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarSelection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CarSelection from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
